Why use totes instead of cardboard boxes?

Our totes are environmentally friendly, even made in part by recycled materials. Their stacking and locking capability will make sure your items are safe and secure. After your done with moving there is no disassembling of boxes, storing, or throwing away, just a kind Totally Tote worker to pick up and collect the totes used.

How big are our Totes?

Our Totes are 27-3/16” x 16- ⅝” x 12-½” Great for stacking boxes, dishes, household items, and anything else you can get to fit.

Do you have delivery and Pick up fees?

Delivery and pickup is always FREE! If you order a number of totes below our baseline package of 15 totes, there maybe be a fee of up to $25.00. See our Terms & Conditions for details or call us if you have any questions. Please call us at if you have any questions.

How long can I keep the totes?

We offer several price packages for specific weekly periods. Check out our Pricing on our homepage for details. Need them for longer? No worries, we can add more weeks, more days for an additional fee, or even extend your rental period in the middle of your move. Call or email with any questions you might have.

Is there a Cancellation Policy?

Things happen we get it, especially when you are packing and moving. As long as you cancel with in 48 hours before your delivery date we’ll provide a full refund. We prep before each delivery to ensure your move goes smoothly. If you cancel within the 48 hour period before your delivery date, there may be a small fee of $30.00. Give us a call if you have questions, we would rather work with you than end up causing more stress.

What do I do if I need more boxes while I am in the middle of packing?

No need to worry, you can always call us and place another order. Any order that is less than 15 boxes will have a $25 delivery fee in addition to an individual box charge. Any extra boxes delivered, will be picked up at the same time and location of your original order.

Does someone need to be at the home for delivery and pick up of the totes?

Yes. We require someone over the age of 18 to be at the location of drop off and pick up in order to confirm and sign for the totes.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, cash, venmo, pay pal, apple pay.

Can I order totes with in 24 hours?

As long as we have the inventory and time then yes, we can accommodate your needs.. A small rush order charge of up to an additional 40% of the package price will be included. Please call for rush service, as our online process may not allow for scheduling.
